Campus Interview by Indies Services

Indies organized a campus interview on 29th of May 2009 at Shree Swaminarayan College of Computer Science (SSCCS). A large number of students from MCA (Master of Computer Application) and BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) discipline took part in the recruitment process. Students were glad as they were getting a great working opportunity in current global slowdown.
The recruitment process started with an introductory session by Mr
Prashant Mamtora, Chairman and CEO of Indies. He provided all the basic information to the candidates regarding company profile, work areas, recruitment process and requirements from potential employees. During the session students learnt how Indies serves different services like software development, website development, web portal development, search engine optimization and other outsourcing services to its global client base. Students also came to know how will they be fitted in the organization and what will be their job profile.
The Personal Interview session of recruitment process was about 7 hours long and recruitment staff of
Indies thoroughly investigated all the candidates with respect to identify potential employees for future growth of
Indies.
