210 candidates appeared for campus interview by Indies
|

Indies is going to recruit around 20 fresh as well as experienced technologists. In order to fulfill our needs we recently organized a campus interview at Shree Swaminarayan College of Computer Science, Bhavnagar. Around 210 computer graduates and final year students were enrolled to get their dream job. 157 students have been scrutinized for written exam held on 18/07/2010. The test was based on technical and non technical aptitude, reasoning, logic and algorithmic questions.
Team Indies shortlisted 32 candidates after detailed review of the answer sheets of candidates. A technical and HR interview has been conducted in which Indies further shorten the list to 13. Today officially invited 5 candidates to join Indies’ junior developers’ team. Others may be invited soon. The college has also been notified with this.
The new team will work with Indies on core software development projects as well as with Indies webs- the web development arm of Indies. For next few months our experts will be training the newcomers on different technology and project management concepts like PHP, ASP.net, Java, CSS and many others. We will be executing more campus and walk-ins in near future again at different locations.
